Located in the heart of Cajun Country in Broussard, Louisiana, their simple goal is to make some astounding craft beer! Producing 10 year-round beers that are absolute Ghost in the Machine, South Coast, Parish Pilsner, and the SIPS Sours to name a few. Along with some seasonal favourites Berliners, high gravity double and triple IPAs, and barrel aged strong ales. Their philosophy is to make intensely flavoured, modern beer of the highest quality.
