Started by two brothers-in-law, Central Californian brewery, Firestone Walker had one simple aim when they started: to make the perfect beer. While we couldn't possibly comment on whether this has been achieved, we must admit their Barrelworks series, which explores different styles and how they interact with barrel-ageing, is likely to come close.
