Brabantian brewery De Cam produce some of the region's best lambics and geuzes, as well as some fruited varities. Born only in the late 1990s, De Cam are a truly modern lambic brewery who marry this traditional style with the present, by blending their young lambic in 1000L ex Pilsner Urquell barrels.
