The latest in our quest for this modern west coast style pale ale is Blind Side. A simple grist of Pilsner malt with a touch of wheat for head retention allows the hops to shine. Featuring new hop variety Audacia from Indie Hops / Loughran and backed up by freestyle Waimea and Citra we’re getting red currant, pomegranate, sweet orange peel and a touch of pine.
