Bittersweet cider apples brought together with the quince; their pome family third cousin! The result has aromatic quince on the nose, & rich fruity sweetness on the palate. The tart astringency of the quince is balanced by the natural fruity sweetness of Pilton's classic keeved cider. Fermented with wild yeasts. Alc. 5.2% vol.
