Evensong brewing produces barrel fermented mixed culture beers in a farmhouse cellar in rural herefordshire. This beer was fermented and aged for 16 months in a freshly emptied cider barrel. Dry hopped with Olicana. Bottle conditioned at ambient cellar temperature for 9 months.
