Brett Pils V4 5.1% (375ml)

We’ve taken our Tappy Pils, cellared it in oak barrels with Bretanomyces for several months, and then in bottle for a few more…now it’s ready for you. Version 4 has less oak character, allowing room for the other elements of this beer to express themselves. More floral, more citrus. It’s bright and it’s breezy.
