Another brewery making its debut at Mash '24 is Mortalis. These guys don't do things by halves, so when we started talking about a collaboration we knew we had to go crazy. This is the fruitiest sour beer we've ever made and it's an explosion of tropical fruit. Pineapple, passion fruit, and mango galore, spiced up with organic Madagascar vanilla and a touch of salt. A little slice of summer that really feels like a sweet tropical fruit smoothie with notes of vanilla and a touch of salt.
