Brewery Unlikely Foragers Pinot Gris Barrel Aged Edition 6.5% (375ml)

Brewed in 2019, right after our yearly dandelion blossom forage, we let this beer sit in select Pinot Gris barrels for almost a year. Following its transformation, we further conditioned it for 3 months prior to its release. The resulting liquid pours a deep golden yellow with a billowy head.
Rich and layered notes of Balaton cherry, pie spice, stone fruit, earthy minerals and a round floral oak profile await in our latest barrel aged beer from the series. This beer is delicate with a balanced acidity and restrained tartness. A lovely reminder of what barrels can do to a beer.
