Twin Oaks Olarosso 7.2% (750ml)

In 2019 we had the pleasure of spending some time with The Bruery's very own Sour Jesus, Jeremy Grinkey. We shared some very special beers and brewed a beer of our own to put to rest in Châteauneuf-du-Pape barrels. The barrels were inoculated with a strain brought over by the Bruery to make this collaboration come alive. The beer was then transferred to rest in an Oloroso sherry barrel, giving us vibrant citrus lemon and lychee aromas balanced with vanilla tannins and grassy notes. Contains sediment.
