A complex malt bill and a 10 hour boil results in a rich, velvety and extravagant beer meant for slow savoring - a perfect companion for cosy winter evenings by the fire. Huge additions of the finest A-grade Madagascan vanilla pods, toasted coconut and Brazilian coffee from Volcano in Brixton provide notes of freshly baked brownies, toasted marshmallow, affogato and gentle bourbon warmth.
