Sparkling Medium Fine Cider. This bottle conditioned cider honours those made in the 1600's in Herefordshire, using vintage Herefordshire Cider apples & blending the best of the 2022 seasons harvest; this sparkling cider uses old language to describe the most modern of drinks. Nicely chilled, it opens with a fine nittiness and whizz of bright gold cider. On the nose there’s slate and spice with clove and orange blossom that mingle with a little tobacco. In the mouth ripe red apple flecked with liquorice and leather. The residual sweetness and bitterness of these excellent cider apples makes this cider both engaging and refreshing.
