For the first time ever, a blend of one, two, three & FOUR year old spontaneous ales.

On the nose, nice combination of yeast and bacteria, hitting sweetness, fruit, earthiness with notes of Orange Crush, rosewater, earth, a pleasant rubberiness. Tartness piques the tongue’s interest, but it’s restrained by a clementine sweetness carried on by a big juicy wave of citrus and gumdrop. Clean but not too clean. Unapologetic acidity, but not overdone.
