We paired up with Texan legends Jester King to produce a rustic saison style beer using spelt, raw barley from a local farm, Texan aged hops smuggled over in Josh's suitcase & local honey. The beer was aged with our mother culture of wild yeasts and microbes in stainless steel for four months before bottling and bottle conditioning.
