One for the party people, Cuvée's beautiful pink effervescence and crisp acidity lifts any occasion. Beginning with two wines - Airen Blanco and Tempranillo - from the historic La Mancha region of Central Spain, our wines are gently de-alcoholised using the latest technology before being blended with a handful of natural ingredients and held in tank under pressure for a minimum of 24 hours to create their wonderful effervescence.
