Valli Unite is a co-op in the hills of Piedmont who espouse the one farm approach. Their wines are rustic and fun. This is a blend of the indigenous Cortese and (super rare) Timorasso grapes, and is unfiltered and unfined, with no added sulphur. Mineral with yellow plum and wild herbs, this is a great match for chicken, seafood and cheese. Biodynamic, no added sulphur & vegan.
