This wine is a blend of the 2020 and 2021 vintage as 2021 was a particularly low-yielding year. The grapes for this blend came from certified organic old vine parcels, some of which are 120 years old, around the small Mediterranean village of Peyriac de Mer. The wine was made with spontaneous fermentation and a low dose of sulphur, and was aged in stainless steel for fourteen months. It was canned without being filtered or fined.
