Sabro is a controversial hop. Phill hates it, I love it. But it is the Sabro which lends it's coconut characteristics to this tropical stout, along with pineapple flavours from the yeast, so no adjuncts here! These tropical flavours layer of a coffee and chocolate base, to make a surprising and staisfying stout.
