We've been big fans of Polly's since the days when they were called Loka Polly. These guys specialise in punchy DDH Pales, IPA and DIPAs. And this is a great example - they used Azacca, Mosaic, El Dorado and Simcoe in the dry hop, with a ten minute whirlpool addition of Vic Secret and El Dorado. Juicy, fruity and hoppy!
